Whether it's a quite weeknight or a date night with a loved one, you can experience a unique take on your favorite dessert!

This unique brand packs calories as low as 80 per pint with up to 7 grams of protein! After creating this idea in a small workshop in Huntington Beach, you can buy multiple packs online and in stores thoughout the beach city!

I got together with Bill Bracken from Brackens Kitchen to document how he and his team are helping the Orange County community.

Bill is a nationally renowned chef with a big heart. He wakes up early and stays out late cooking, preparing, and delivering food to the less fortunate in his big red truck, Betsy. Not only does he feed the people, he connects with them. Many knew him by name and call him Uncle Bill, and he responded with a hello along with their name. I saw him play with the kids, give hugs, and constantly pep talking his team of volunteers, though they didn't need it. The people helping Bill were just as passionate and loved seeing the happy faces of these people who can go some time without food and many who still don't have a home.
